The Rivers State Bureau on Public Procurement (RSBPP) e-Procurement Portal is a government digital platform designed to modernize, standardize, and improve transparency in public procurement processes across Rivers State. The portal serves as a centralized system for managing procurement activities involving Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), and Local Government Councils, while providing registered contractors with fair access to government opportunities. CtrlBugs was part of the team involved in the design and development of this system, contributing to the delivery of a secure, scalable, and production-ready solution that is currently in active use.
